If you are in the Europe and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are USA / AUSTRALIA / CANADA and it’s been over 30 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!
A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and surstromming.eu is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.
I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. CAN I?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
